There are a lot of similarities in the careers of George Breinig Jr. and Tim Roman.
Both saw their Junior careers start at Rose Bowl South in Emmaus and grew as adults at the old Parkway Lanes. Their bowling careers are littered with 300s and 800s. But their best memories are of the bowlers they’ve bowled with and against.
The duo was recently inducted into the Allentown Area USBC Association’s Hall of Fame during ceremonies earlier this month at Fearless Fire Company.
“It’s a real honor to be inducted into the Hall of Fame,” said the 68-year-old Breinig, who lives in Northampton. “I bowled with so many great bowlers, and I’ve enjoyed the friendships I’ve made over my career.”…
