The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office identified Shawneil Clarke Alexander, 24, on Sunday as the pedestrian fatally struck on Route 7 in Sterling, Virginia.
The deadly crash occurred Saturday near the intersection of Route 7 and Palisades Parkway. Officers were called to the scene shortly after 9:15 p.m.
