The document was sent September 1, 2025 at 12:35 PM from [email protected]. It was addressed to 20 recipients and CC’d to City Administrator Anthony Restaino, Mayor Robert Restaino, and mayoral aide Karen Abramaitys — 23 people in total. Not one of them took any documented action.
