SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Beginning the week of Aug. 31, Suffolk Road crews will start underground utility work at the intersection of Pitchkettle Road and Constance Road, so motorists should expect temporary delays.
During work hours, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Mon. through Fri., the traffic signal at the intersection will be temporarily turned off. Flaggers will direct traffic and keep it moving through the intersection.
