Less than a year after opening its first Naples restaurant, Shake Shack is preparing to open a second location.
The New York-based burger chain will open its South Naples restaurant Sept. 4 at 6833 Collier Blvd. (the former Pollo Tropical), offering dine-in service and a drive-thru. The new location will join the company’s existing Naples restaurant at Mercato in North Naples.
The restaurant is scheduled to open at 10 a.m., Friday, Sept. 4, and will be open daily from 10 a.m. until midnight. The new South Naples location includes a single-lane drive-thru with a digital menu board and ordering system…
