A COSTCO gas station proposal is on its way to becoming reality thanks to a proposed rule change.
The existing law mandates a certain distance in between gas stations and poses a major hurdle to making the Costco fuel depot a reality.
While officials in Collier County, Florida, have not yet changed the rule, county staff is recommending the rule be eliminated by local commissioners.
