Becky Thatcher arrives in St. Louis, joining Gateway Arch riverboat fleet

The Becky Thatcher recently arrived in St. Louis, Mo., and is expected to begin carrying passengers along the Mississippi River once it completes its final U.S. Coast Guard certifications and staff safety training over the next few weeks.

The vessel will become the second boat in Bi-State Development’s Riverboats at the Gateway Arch fleet, joining the Tom Sawyer. It is the first new riverboat to join the St. Louis riverfront fleet since 1987.
