GREENBELT, Md. — Greenbelt police arrested a man for the second time this month in connection with a series of vandalism incidents that caused thousands of dollars in damage to homes in the Greenbelt Station community.
Police said Nghia Trong Le was charged with malicious destruction of property over $1,000 after allegedly vandalizing four homes, including two residences that were targeted multiple times.
