The Ohio Department of Transportation will convert the intersection of state Route 21 and state Route 212 near the Tuscarawas-Stark county line to an all-way stop Sept. 14.
The intersection is about four miles north of Strasburg and is one of 77 intersections statewide selected for conversion from two-way stop control to all-way stop control.
