29-year-old fatally stabbed while trying to help man having a psychotic episode, loved ones say

ATLANTA (ANF/Gray News) – Loved ones say a 29-year-old Atlanta man was fatally stabbed while trying to help a man having a psychotic episode. They describe the victim as a man who had a heart of gold and pure intentions.

Family and friends gathered Saturday at Freedom Park to honor 29-year-old Ramon “Rah” Harris, who was fatally stabbed along the Atlanta Beltline last Sunday.

“Very bubbly, very excited, just open to everything he knew that the world is your oyster. Very artistic, very protective,” said one friend of Harris.

Those close to Harris say he had a heart of gold and pure intentions and that he died trying to de-escalate a confrontation involving a man they said was experiencing a psychotic episode…
