GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A man died in a Grand Rapids home Sunday night after a shooting, the police department said.
Officers with the Grand Rapids Police Department were called to Sherman Street SE near Fuller Avenue around 11:30 p.m. They found a man inside a home who had been shot and tried to save his life. Eventually, the man was declared dead at the scene, GRPD said.
It’s not clear what led up to the shooting and no suspect information was provided by police. GRPD’s Major Case Team is investigating.
