Jesse Michael Francis Samaha, 30 of Kennesaw, was arrested in Rome after reports said he was driving while high on drugs and in possession of Fentanyl.
Reports said that officers stopped Samaha for failing to maintain his lane on Burnett Ferry and Shorter Avenue. During the stop, officers said that they observed the suspected Fentanyl sitting in front of the passenger’s seat.
