The famous three letters have arrived.
The future H-E-B along Interstate 35 in San Marcos is starting to look more like the grocery store shoppers will soon recognize, with the H-E-B letters now installed on the building’s facade as construction continues toward the store’s expected fall 2026 opening.
New signage is also appearing around the property, offering an early glimpse at some of what the massive 114,000-square-foot store is expected to bring to San Marcos. Signs highlight features including True Texas BBQ, curbside pickup and a drive-thru pharmacy.
