Families, donors and supporters gathered Saturday to say goodbye to the Ronald McDonald House in Corpus Christi, a building that has served as a home away from home for thousands of families since 1990.
The house, which is walkable to the hospital, will be demolished to make room for a new, larger facility on the same site.
