Deputies responded to a report of a suspicious male in the 2200 block of Pasadena
Deputies learned that the subject had failed to pay for his room and that hotel management wanted him to vacate the premises. Management advised the subject that he no longer had permission to remain on the property and requested that he leave. The subject was also advised that he was being criminally trespassed from the property.
Deputies made several attempts to gain the subject’s voluntary compliance and provided him with opportunities to gather his belongings and leave the premises. Despite these attempts, the subject refused to vacate the property and continued to remain on the premises after being advised that he no longer had permission to do so…
