MUNCIE, IN — A young Fort Wayne man is accused of ingesting marijuana before he caused a fatal crash in western Delaware County.
Jose A. Espinoza, 20, was charged on Monday, Aug. 31, with causing death when driving with a controlled substance in his system, a Level 4 felony carrying up to 12 years in prison.
