LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — At around 5:07 p.m. Lancaster Police received a call responding to two pedestrians struck by a vehicle on South Duke Street and Dauphin Street in Lancaster City.
One police vehicle, one ambulance, and one fire truck were on the scene, according to dispatch.
