MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man is now in jail after police say he fired shots at a Soulsville home with five people inside, including two children, two weeks ago.
Deon Moore, 29, is charged with five counts of criminal attempt second-degree murder and employment of a firearm with intent to commit a felony.
On August 17, officers say that while investigating a shooting on Lenow Park Drive around 11:50 p.m., they heard several shots in the immediate area.
That is when officers say they saw a black Dodge Charger speeding eastbound on Williams Avenue towards Lenow Park. Before the Charger was able to leave the area, officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle…
