BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – An employee of an ankle monitoring company has been convicted of failing to monitor a man’s ankle monitor, which allowed him to slip through the cracks and commit murder, prosecutors say.
It’s one of the first of its kind convictions in America, according to District Attorney Sam D’Aquilla.
