For nearly 25 years, Leonard Louvierre has been one of the more familiar faces in Lafayette’s restaurant industry.
Now, with his eatery, Zea Rotisserie & Bar, still basking in its expanding space, Louvierre says he still loves the business. In a conversation with Jan Swift of the Discover Lafayette podcast, he says “you have to love every aspect of it.”
