KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Katie Garcia has died. After nearly four weeks fighting for her life, her family said she never regained consciousness after being found critically injured outside her Kansas City home.
Now, as they mourn, her loved ones are demanding answers about the circumstances surrounding her death.
