IBERIA PARISH, La. (KLFY)–Ten people from across multiple states are facing criminal charges after traveling to Assumption Parish to meet someone they believed was a juvenile, investigators announced.
The arrests resulted from a three-day undercover sting called “Operation Bottom Dweller,” which ran from Aug. 26 through Aug. 28. The operation was conducted through a joint effort between the Louisiana Attorney General’s Office and local law enforcement agencies.
