A familiar face has returned to the Kansas City Council to replace outgoing Councilmember Andrea Bough.
The City Council voted to appoint former City Councilmember Kevin McManus to the vacant 6th District at-large position by a vote of 11-0 on Thursday after he was nominated by Mayor Quinton Lucas. Councilmember Melissa Robinson was absent.
