HALFMOON, N.Y. (WNYT)- The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Department says it is looking for a man wanted for allegedly raping a child in Milton.
The sheriff’s department says John Kasaj, 26, allegedly raped the child on August 14. He is also accused of endangering the welfare of a child.
Kasaj is described as a white male with black hair and brown eyes weighing 240 lbs. He is 6’02”…
