KUNA, Idaho — Anna Hudson said she still sees her husband coming around the corner, pulling bread out of the oven. Six years of watching Aaron Hudson bake have etched that image into her mind, and it’s one she carries every day as she works to keep Hudson Baking Company alive without him.
Aaron Hudson, a Kuna baker and veteran, lost his years-long battle with cancer in August.
But instead of closing the doors on the business he and Anna Hudson built together, his widow is determined to keep his legacy alive, and the community that supported them through his illness is stepping in to help…
