Marion County residents and businesses have seen over $15 million in total lottery winnings claimed across a series of major payouts this year.
According to records maintained by the Florida Lottery, this year has already seen at least a half dozen individuals from Marion County claim millions of dollars in winnings from tickets purchased around the area.
