CLEARWATER, Fla. — The city of Clearwater presented a new 3D visualization video during the INVEST Tampa Bay Leadership Summit on Sept. 16, offering a look at downtown development projects currently underway and planned for the future.
Created in partnership with the Tampa Bay Regional Planning Council, the video outlines a series of public and private developments across the district. City officials used the presentation to display how ongoing construction and prospective sites tie into broader plans for housing, retail, and waterfront access.
“Downtown Clearwater is experiencing an urban renaissance,” Clearwater Assistant City Manager Al Battle said. “Significant public and private investments are coming together to reshape our downtown, strengthen its connection to the waterfront and create new opportunities and experiences for our residents, businesses and visitors.”…
