FARMINGTON — Six months after completion of a critical investigation into Davis County Commissioner John Crofts and his dealings with other county workers, Crofts offers a measure of contrition.
“I’m committed to personal improvement. I’m committed to making sure that we represent the taxpayers and the employees and everybody in Davis County well,” he said.
