BATON ROUGE — A now-fired Baton Rouge Police officer already investigated five separate times during his tenure at the department has been arrested again, this time accused of stealing a gun that was once seized as evidence.
Stefan Jones, 32, was arrested Wednesday on theft of a firearm and malfeasance in office charges.
According to arrest documents, two guns were seized at Club Emotions Bar and Lounge on Nov. 23, 2025, with one of the guns being reported stolen and the other having never been reported stolen but believed to be stolen.
