Denver Hit-And-Run Driver Vanishes After Hitting Motorcyclist Fleeing Deputies

A light-colored Chevrolet slammed into a motorcycle fleeing from Arapahoe County deputies near South Rosemary Street and East Iliff Avenue in Denver late on July 25, then sped away without stopping, leaving a 40-year-old passenger with serious injuries. The rider’s injuries were described as minor, while the passenger, also 40 years old, suffered serious injuries, per the same report. The Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office arrested the motorcycle rider in connection with the evasion that preceded the crash, the station noted.
