After 7 Years, Fans to Line Up at Buffet Again

Seven years after depriving its devoted followers of salads, soups, and macaroni and cheese by shutting down, the all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant Souplantation plans to reopen in California.

Now owned by ST Three LLC, the company expects to return to a former location in Fountain Valley next year. More locations could open later, possibly in other markets.
