WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – Strong winds, heavy rain and lightning moved into south-central Kansas Tuesday evening, bringing flooding to parts of the area.
In Wichita, drivers were asked to avoid Harry Street from McLean to Seneca, and Pawnee from Meridian to Sheridan.
