The New Orleans company that built 252 upscale apartments next to Top Golf will start construction soon on a similar project along Verot School Road.
Key Real Estate will start this month on the 208-unit, $35.5 million project at 2832 Verot School Road at the site of the old Dax on Verot restaurant, said Michael Lang, Key’s managing principal for development.
