RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) – With Halloween next weekend, store managers say shoppers are still searching for costumes, and certain styles are selling out quickly.
Store managers said kids’ costumes are selling first, particularly items with capes, glow-in-the-dark bones or light-up masks, while adults are choosing funny or nostalgic themes.
