NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police are investigating how the body of a man—wrapped in a bag—ended up on a busy Brooklyn street Friday morning.
The man, who hasn’t been identified, was found dead by a sanitation worker around 9:30 a.m. at East 93rd Street and Avenue L in Canarsie, police said.
