One person has died after a driver crashed in Horry County while fleeing law enforcement.
The crash occurred around 1:59 a.m. Nov. 1 on Cates Bay Highway in the Conway area. The driver was operating a 2018 Kia Optima, according to an email from the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
The name of the deceased driver has not been released…
