FOND DU LAC, Wis. (WBAY) — A truck driver accused of deliberately hitting and killing a motorcyclist in Fond du Lac County has been found not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect, according to online court records.
The court ordered Mark Snider committed. Court notes indicate an order for a PDI and supporting documents were sent to the Wisconsin Department of Health Services.
