TULSA, Okla. — Police arrested a Tulsa woman for child endangerment and stealing packages on Thursday.
Tulsa Police posted about a woman stealing packages off of front porches in south Tulsa earlier in January.
Through the investigation, the Mingo Valley Street Crimes Unit identified the suspect as Lindsey Turner.
The Street Crimes Unit served a search warrant at Turner’s house near Admiral and 129th East Avenue on Thursday.
During the search, officers deemed the house to be unlivable due to the power being turned off and narcotics being stored within reach of Turner’s 2-year-old son.
DHS responded after police put in a call and the child was removed from the home and placed with a family member pending a DHS Safety Plan.
Turner was arrested for child endangerment, drug possession without a prescription, possession of drug paraphernalia and porch piracy.
