GREENWOOD, Ind. — The Greenwood Common Council has approved a plan to build a Buc-ee’s in Greenwood.
During a meeting that was held on Monday night, the council approved a rezoning ordinance in a 7-2 vote, clearing the way to rezone around 80 acres of land near the interchange for Worthsville Road and Interstate 65.
Previous reporting indicates that of that total, roughly 37 acres would be developed for a Buc-ee’s. The $85 million plan includes a 74,000-square-foot travel center equipped with 120 refueling and electric vehicle charging stations…
