ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Police say a black Rolls-Royce rammed a car carrying three kids during a road rage case, and officers now want Omar Rabadi on an arrest warrant.
Albuquerque police say the case happened in August near Wyoming Boulevard and San Francisco Road in northeast Albuquerque.
