When Bear’s Vintage Metalworks closed its doors, an iconic building in downtown Ravenna became vacant for the first time in 145 years.
Bear Oehler, who has operated Bear’s Vintage Metalworks along with his wife, Sharon, since 1980, closed the business in Fall 2025, and has decided to sell the building and all the memorabilia inside.
Oehler said only a few items remain, and he’s making appointments to sell them off. Also for sale is the sprawling mill, for which he’s recently dropped the price. He’s hoping someone turns it into a retail store…
