CLEVELAND (WJW) — A man who deliberately ran over a 62-year-old man last year has been sentenced to five years of community control/probation.
Faraj N. Sabeiha was also sentenced to a year in Cuyahoga County Jail, but the time was suspended. He must attend counseling, including anger management.
