VALLEY VIEW, Ohio (WJW) — A Monday afternoon, July 13, crash blocked the right two lanes on Interstate 480 West, past Transportation Boulevard and East 98th Street.
It’s causing backups and congestion stretching as far back as Granger Road, Ohio Department of Transportation traffic cameras show.

The ramp from I-480 East to Interstate 77 North is also blocked due to a crash, according to ODOT.
