The top selling property in Portage County for the week of July 6 was Majestic Care of Kent, a nursing home facility at 1290 Fairchild, according to the Portage County Auditor’s Office.
The property was sold for $7,057,960. It has 74 beds, and offers long, short and respite care along with a memory care unit. Patients can live in shared or private rooms.
Another property in Portage County was sold for more than $7 million during the same tiimeframe. A four-bedroom home at 596 Cara Court in Aurora was sold for $750,000. Built in 2018, it has 3.5 bathrooms and a three-car garage in its 3,148 square feet.
