More than 81 acres of farmland and a three-bedroom house in Jackson Township have sold for $2.8 million, according to the most recent property transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor’s Office.
Apd#5 Properties LLC, which lists a Jackson Township mailing address on county property records, purchased the land at 8785 Strausser St. NW from A List Land Development LLC.
The property transfers cover Aug. 1 to Aug. 7.
