COSHOCTON − A Coshocton motorcyclist was transported by a medical helicopter to Summa Health System in Akron following a crash the evening of Sept. 2, in the 3000 block of County Road 236 in Crawford Township.
Jared Orr, 28, was traveling west on a motorcycle when he failed to negotiate a curve and went left of center. He struck an eastbound vehicle head-on driven by Michael Blankenship, 56, of Fresno, according to a release from the Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office. Orr was ejected from the bike.
