Several properties in western Stark County sold for more than $1 million, according to the latest property transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor’s Office.
The high-dollar sales were a commercial property at 5233 Southway St. SW occupied by Buckeye Paper Co. in Perry Township for $1.6 million, a veterinary clinic on Lincoln Street in Tuscarawas Township for $1.43 million, and a home on Bertram Avenue NW in Jackson Township for $1.07 million.
The real estate transfers cover Aug. 8 to Aug. 14.
