BARBERTON, Ohio (WOIO) – The Summit County Medical Examiner’s Office and the Barberton Police Department are investigating a fatal accident.
According to the medical examiner’s office, a 34-year-old woman was leaving work at 3:05 p.m. at the Summa Barberton Citizens Hospital when she was struck by a truck.
