The Wales Square Shopping Center in Massillon has sold for $3.2 million, according to the latest property transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor’s Office.
Fomp LLC, a North Canton-based limited liability company, purchased the property at 2040 Wales Ave. NW. Its tenants include Subway, a barbershop and Always Fit 4 You Gym.
The real estate transfers cover Aug. 15 to Aug. 21.
