Driver caught in sobriety checkpoint charged with child endangering

STARK COUNTY, Ohio (WJW) – A driver in Stark County was arrested for allegedly operating a vehicle while impaired, and received two misdemeanor charges of child endangering.

According to a media release, the arrest was the result of weekend sobriety checkpoints.

The Stark County Sheriff’s Office said that on Saturday, Sept. 12 the department conducted two checkpoints in Louisville —one in the 1100 block of W. Main Street and the other in the 1000 block of N. Chapel Street.
